11th Annual Dahlia Festival
Again this year The Bascom is participating in the Town of Highlands 11th Annual Dahlia Festival on Sept 11 and 12. In addition to hosting dahlias for judging in the porte-cochere, a display of Eliza Doolittle’s flower shop will be on display.
