Impact Report 2024-25
The past two years gave us a great deal to be proud of and even more to be grateful for. As The Bascom celebrated its 40th anniversary, our campus continued to grow as a place of gathering, learning, and creative exchange: welcoming a record 47,760 visitors, serving more than 7,800 outreach participants, and supporting hundreds of working artists across Western North Carolina. When Hurricane Helene swept through the region in fall 2024, The Bascom opened its doors wider, offering studio access, community connection, and a reminder of what an arts center can be when a community needs it most. This report tells that story — and it belongs to you.
