Expressive Nature with Cold Wax & Oil
Discover the freedom and depth of using cold wax medium in this immersive three-day workshop designed for artists of all levels. Using a mix of oil paint and cold wax, we’ll explore how to create expressive, layered, and abstracted paintings inspired by the natural world — Dahlias will be in full bloom for inspiration. We’ll learn to use cold wax to abstract mark making bringing natural forms and flowers alive.

Venue Information - The Bascom: Adult Studio B (Trail Level)
Located on the Trail Level (lower level) of The Bascom's main building, Adult Studio B hosts a variety of classes, workshops, and more. Entrance is either through the front door of the main level of the building and down the stairs or from the trail entrance on the lower level of the backside of the main building.
