- Level 0: No Experience Necessary
- Level I: 1 - 2 Years' Experience
- Level II: 2 - 5 Years' Experience
- Level III: 5+ Years' Experience/Professional
Tuition

Registration
Our new online registration system makes it easy to browse our catalog, register for multiple classes in a single transaction, and to manage your registrations online. To register, simply click on the REGISTER button for the class or workshop you're interested in.
Updated Refund Policy – PLEASE READ!
50% of your tuition payment is a non-refundable deposit. In the event that a student requests cancellation prior to 45 days of class/workshop commencement, he/she will be offered a course transfer or refund of 50% of the tuition payment. If a student cancels within 45 days prior to the first day of class, no refund will be made. The Bascom reserves the right to cancel any program that does not meet minimum enrollment, and full refunds will be issued.

Financial Assistance
Art classes can be costly, but we do not want financial constraints to prevent you from participating in our educational offerings. That is why we offer need-based scholarships. If you need financial aid, please complete the Scholarship Application or contact our Community Outreach Department. Scholarships are generously sponsored by the Cullasaja Women’s Outreach.

Still Life Painting in Oils
This workshop will be centered on utilizing objects of personal interest to develop compositions and design.
From Realism to Abstraction
Simplification is the main focus of this class. An overview of techniques to use in your realistic or abstraction work with oil painting is our goal.
The Art of Expressive Landscapes with Acrylic Paints
This two-day painting work shop will cover the fundamentals of how to create a dynamic landscape painting using acrylic paints. The primary focus of the workshop will be to explore the medium of acrylic paints and to learn how versatile they are when it comes to painting landscapes.
Slip, Transfer, Play
In this hands-on class, participants will discover the joy of decorating pottery surfaces with slip transferred designs.
Keep It Simple; Keep It Loose
Playing with Personal Mythology
A 5-day intensive workshop exploring animal/human hybrids in mythology, as well as samples of instructors' work for inspiration and discussion.
