Highlands Porchfest at The Bascom

Highlands Porchfest is a walk-around music festival organized and presented by the Center For Life Enrichment. This event is FREE to attend and features over 26 musicians performing at 11 downtown businesses, including The Bascom, from 1:00-6:00pm on Sunday September 19th 2021.
