The Single Bloom Competition


The Highlands Historical Society's 12th Annual Dazzling Dahlia Festival's single bloom competition, will be held on The Bascom's terrace Saturday and Sunday, Sept 10 and 11, 2022 from 1 - 4pm. Free to the public.
